Our leadership is rooted in a longstanding commitment to celebrating and preserving African-American contributions to American culture. Since our founding in 1976, World Arts Foundation Inc. has brought together arts, education, and community engagement to inspire leaders, artists, educators, activists, and youth. As stewards of a multicultural archive documenting the legacy of Portland’s Albina District, we continue to develop programs and events that make this history accessible while honoring Albina’s rich cultural heritage for generations to come.
